El Bandarra Rosé is the most festive and indulgent expression in the range: a cheeky rosé vermouth designed by Virgili Bros for drinkers looking for something fresh, distinctive and full of personality, while staying true to the Bandarra identity. 🍷
It starts with pink Garnacha, macerated with red berries and fresh herbs such as thyme and rosemary — greener, more aromatic botanicals than in the Red — plus vanilla, which adds the signature sweet, seductive finish of this cuvée.
One of the most notable choices in the Rosé’s design is that it contains 35% less sugar than the Red, making it lighter and more refreshing despite its clearly luscious profile. In the glass, it shows a damask pink colour with grapefruit and violet tones, vivid and highly appealing.
On the nose, expect cream caramel, strawberry and delicate vanilla blossom notes. On the palate, it is sweet, indulgent and enveloping, with vanilla and lollipop accents that make it the most surprising vermouth in the range.
The makers themselves describe it as an outrage — in the best possible way. Serve with a raspberry or grapefruit and plenty of ice in a low tumbler.
