Description and style
Miró Organic is the most innovative and committed expression in the Miró range: the house’s first organic vermouth, crafted with certified organic ingredients from start to finish, from the base wine to every botanical, in line with Vermuts Miró’s focus on sustainability and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Its production follows the same cold-maceration method and careful selection of natural botanicals that define the brand, with the added requirement of CCPAE certification for every ingredient.
Matured in French oak barrels, it gains extra depth, texture, and complexity. In the glass, it shows a deep mahogany colour with amber reflections.
The nose is fresh and wild, with mentholated and balsamic notes, plus hints of cinnamon, cardamom, and nuts. On the palate, it is velvety and expressive, with sweet tones and a creamy texture that recalls dark chocolate, leading to a long, satisfying finish with herbal nuances and a touch of bitter licorice.
With 16% ABV, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice with a splash of soda, or in premium cocktails. Organic vermouth, French oak ageing, elegant texture, herbal finish and a refined, contemporary profile make it a standout aperitif choice. 🥂
