Description and style
Miró Rosé is the house's pink take on vermouth: a modern, distinctive expression that has carved out its own place in the range thanks to its stimulating character, aromatic profile and free-spirited style.
Made in Reus with a unique selection of natural Mediterranean and alpine herbs — more than 48 botanicals in total — through a long maceration that draws out the full potential of every ingredient. The process remains faithful to the house philosophy: cold maceration, natural botanicals and the family secret formula established by Pere Miró in 1957.
In the glass, it shows an earth-red colour with brick-toned nuances, clear and bright. On the nose, it delivers a highly intense, fresh aromatic expression, with balsamic and spicy notes that blend with subtle caramel hints in the background.
On the palate, it is deeply spiced, with clear notes of rosemary, thyme, wormwood and cardamom, a light anise touch from fennel, and a pleasant, lingering bitterness that finishes with elegant citrus notes. The aftertaste is long and beautifully balanced.
Perfect as a refreshing aperitif served over ice with lemon peel, or mixed in equal parts with tonic. It also works beautifully as a base for pink cocktails and spritz. 🍸
