Vermut Montseta Blanco

Vermut Montseta Blanco is the white expression of the Montseta range: it starts from the same KM0 base of herbs, flowers and roots as the red, crafted through the same unique artisan infusion process in clay jars over six lunar phases and then rested in oak barrels, but with one key botanical difference that gives it its own identity: the Blanco includes one extra flower and one extra root compared with the Red. Those details add the unmistakable floral character that defines Montseta Blanco. 🍸

Like the rest of the range, it is made from 100% Macabeo wine grown on our own estates and sourced from local growers around Valls, following sustainability and short-chain principles throughout the process. The result is a highly aromatic white vermouth on the nose, with floral notes taking a more prominent role than in the red, while the palate keeps the balance between acidity, bitterness and sweetness that defines the brand — even finer, smoother and more indulgent than the red version.

It is widely considered the most versatile vermouth in the range: perfect over ice with lemon, ideal for cocktails and spritzes, and a natural match for seafood and preserved foods. At the Magatzem del Vermut on Plaça de l'Oli in Valls, it is the favourite choice for those who prefer a fresher, more aromatic vermouth. 🥂
