Vermut Myrrha White is the white expression of the traditional Padró i Família range, crafted for those who want a vermouth that is fresh, smooth and highly aromatic, without the added complexity of barrel ageing found in the Padró & Co range.
Made from young white wine infused with natural aromatic herbs, citrus and sweet botanicals that bring softness and brightness. It is sweetened with sugar — a key difference from the premium Blanco Reserva, which uses aged mistela — giving it a lighter, more direct and easy-drinking profile. 🥂
In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour, bright and luminous. On the nose, it opens with an attractively spicy character, wrapped in floral, citrus and anise notes that feel unmistakably Mediterranean. The winery highlights aromas of white flowers, lemon, vanilla and a subtle spicy touch.
On the palate it is full-bodied yet fresh, with a gentle sweetness followed by a light, refreshing acidity. The finish leaves an elegant bitterness that invites another sip, making it one of those vermouths that never feels tiring. It works beautifully on its own with ice and lemon, but also shines in a spritz, light cocktails or paired with seafood and preserves. 🍷
