Description and style
Yzaguirre Vermut Rosé is the most modern and cosmopolitan proposal from Bodegas Yzaguirre, created for new drinking occasions and for those looking for a light, refreshing and visually striking aperitif. Its raspberry-red colour with violet highlights makes it one of the most eye-catching expressions in the Tarragona vermouth range.
On the nose, it is delicate and fresh, with a soft, citrus-driven profile where hibiscus and grapefruit stand out, supported by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is smooth, easy to drink and pleasantly persistent: the ideal vermouth for those discovering the aperitif world or for moments that call for something more festive and elegant 🍸
With just 15% alcohol, it is the lowest-strength wine in the reserve/premium range. The winery recommends serving it in a wide glass with a couple of ice cubes, very cold, and a slice of grapefruit or lemon to enhance its citrus aromas. Perfect for after-work drinks, summer aperitifs on the terrace or as an introduction to a Yzaguirre tasting.
