Description and style
Miró Reserva is the pure expression of the Miró family legacy and the most recognisable step in its premium range: a vermouth crafted with care from the original family formula, aged through the solera method in oak barrels to deliver exceptional depth, balance and character.
After a long maceration with a careful selection of Mediterranean and Alpine botanicals, the vermouth matures slowly as the different vintages blend together, creating a wine of unique identity, stable complexity and enduring elegance in every bottle. Its bright amber colour, evolving towards tile tones, opens the way to an aromatic bouquet of forest herbs, wooden notes and subtle spices, beautifully integrated. 🍸
On the palate, it shows its full stature: refined bitterness, gentle sweetness and a long, lingering finish that speaks of patient ageing and meticulous craftsmanship. The cellar recommends enjoying it in a large glass with ice, gin, Campari and an orange slice. It is also the official vermouth of chef Paco Pérez in his restaurants, and has won multiple awards at the Premis Vinari for Catalan vermouths. 🍷
