Description and style
Yzaguirre Blanco Reserva is the aged, more complex expression of Bodegas Yzaguirre’s white vermouth range. Where the Classic Blanco leans into freshness and softness, Blanco Reserva adds greater depth, oak-aged complexity and a more layered aromatic profile thanks to 12 months in oak casks that shape both its scent and mouthfeel.
Its bright, intense yellow colour is clearly more golden than the Classic version, while the nose feels generous and highly aromatic, with well-integrated notes of wood, herbs and balsamic spices that make it especially inviting. On the palate, the entry is balanced and clean, with a silky texture and a refined structure that brings everything together beautifully. The result is a vermouth with body, warmth and elegance in equal measure 🍸
With 18% alcohol, it is ideal for white vermouth lovers looking for more complexity and length, or for anyone wanting to move up from the Classic. A sophisticated aperitif choice, especially with semi-cured cheeses, Iberian ham or salted anchovies 🫒
