Zarro Organic holds a special place in the brand’s history: Bodegas Sanviver presented it as the world’s first organic vermouth, and it was the first release to receive CAEM certification (Comité de Agricultura Ecológica de Madrid), confirming that the entire production process is made exclusively with 100% organic ingredients. 🍷
Its structure follows the same approach as Zarro Red Classic — a 30-day maceration of botanicals with white wine fortified with alcohol to 15 degrees — but with an added requirement: every ingredient, from the base wine to the botanicals, sugars and alcohol, is monitored by organic control bodies. The result is a vermouth with its own identity, clearly differentiated from the conventional red version.
In the glass, it shows a golden colour with orange highlights. On the nose, spiced aromas stand out, with marked notes of cinnamon and wormwood.
On the palate, it is elegant and powerful, with a long, persistent finish that speaks to the quality of the product. A vermouth for demanding consumers who want the Zarro experience in its most sustainable and respectful form.
