Zarro Vermouth for Two (White)

Zarro White —currently sold as Vermouth for Two (White)— is the white expression of Bodegas Sanviver’s traditional range: the same artisanal spirit as Zarro Red, but with a botanical selection designed for a fresher, fruitier, and more aromatic profile that defines white vermouth from Madrid. 🍸

Like the red, it is made in the Fuenlabrada facilities with the house’s artisanal formula: a 30-day maceration of botanicals in white wine, fortified with alcohol to reach 15% ABV, following the manual methods that set Zarro apart from other producers.

On the nose, it offers fruity aromas with well-integrated botanical notes, refreshing and balanced. On the palate, it is smooth and light, with the natural sweetness typical of a well-made white vermouth kept in check and a clean herbal bitterness that finishes with elegance.

Best served very cold, with ice, an orange peel, or topped with soda; it is especially versatile for aperitif cocktails. As the house highlighted during Salón Gourmets 2024, Zarro White’s mixology potential —with natural soda, ginger ale, or simply on its own— is one of its main strengths.
