Premium red vermouth from Bràfim (Tarragona). A tribute to traditional Mediterranean vermouth, aged 9 to 12 months in sherry casks for a herbal, creamy and lightly bitter profile.
The artisan white vermouth from Valls. Built on the same KM0 blend of herbs, flowers and roots as the red, with one extra flower and one extra root that give it a distinctive, unmistakably floral touch. Elegant, smooth and generous. 100% Macabeo wine from our own estates. 15% vol.
Golden vermouth with no added caramel, naturally colored by botanicals and aged mistela. A bitter, balsamic and refreshing profile. Aged 9 months in semi-new chestnut barrels.
A pale yellow white vermouth with an aromatic, expressive nose. Balsamic touches, vanilla and cinnamon. Smooth and balanced on the palate. Ideal for a daily aperitif. 15% vol.
The most exclusive vermouth in the Zarro range. A careful selection of the house's finest vermouths, macerated and infused with aromatic herbs in oak barrels and aged in French oak foudre. Deep ochre with old terracotta hues. Balsamic, bitter orange and liquorice. Elegant and persistent. 15% ABV.
