A biodynamic vermouth aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, made with 30 KM0 botanicals and 100% estate-grown Macabeo wine. Perfectly balanced between sweetness, bitterness, and acidity, it delivers a distinctive tasting experience with the essence of Valls. Also available in 5L Bag in Box. 15% ABV.
The rosé vermouth from Valls. Made with 32 botanicals and a maceration of local picota cherries as the signature botanical. Delicious, juicy, and layered with authentic cherry notes. Winner of the 1st Vinari Award (Other Styles). Best served very cold with mint and tonic for a Cherry Spritz. 15% ABV.
