A biodynamic vermouth aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, made with 30 KM0 botanicals and 100% estate-grown Macabeo wine. Perfectly balanced between sweetness, bitterness, and acidity, it delivers a distinctive tasting experience with the essence of Valls. Also available in 5L Bag in Box. 15% ABV.

A red reserve vermouth crafted using the solera method in oak barrels, following the Miró family’s original formula. Amber in colour with tile-like evolution. Complex, with notes of wood, forest herbs and remarkable persistence. 16% vol.
Premium red vermouth from El Morell, aged for 12 months in oak casks. Mahogany in color, aromatic and velvety, with notes of wood, herbs, spices and ripe fruit. 18% ABV.
