The white vermouth from Madrid. Crafted by Bodegas Sanviver in Fuenlabrada using the house’s artisanal formula. Fruity, botanical aromas with refreshing notes. Smooth, balanced, and marked by Zarro’s Madrid identity since 1968. 15% ABV.
A biodynamic vermouth aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, made with 30 KM0 botanicals and 100% estate-grown Macabeo wine. Perfectly balanced between sweetness, bitterness, and acidity, it delivers a distinctive tasting experience with the essence of Valls. Also available in 5L Bag in Box. 15% ABV.

A sweet and creamy white vermouth from El Masnou. Made with Penedès wines and Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. Vanilla notes soften the herbal bitterness and leave a light, easy finish. A family recipe passed down for more than five generations. Winner of the 2020 Vinari Gold Award for Best Vermouth for Mixology. 15% ABV.
The most premium vermouth in the Yzaguirre range. Crafted with more than 80 botanicals, two months of maceration and two years of ageing in small, old oak barrels. Deep mahogany in colour, complex, and with a long bitter finish. 20% ABV.
